Mr.  Johnson has more than 50 years of experience in the industry and a sterling reputation for client advocacy coupled with risk management expertise.  Most recently Mr. Johnson served as a Senior Vice President at Hub International where he generated and maintained a book of over $1,000,000 in client revenue through superior client service.  He has also served as President of William Rigg Company where he managed a staff of 150 employees.   Mr. Johnson also spent a significant portion of his career on the client side as a Senior Vice President of Risk Management at Zale Corporation managing a global staff and $4 mm budget.

He holds a Master of Science in Management & Human Resources from Abilene Christian University and BBA in Marketing from University of North Texas.
